Hello,

I think my previous message was misleading. User dhazeghi is a member of group rpm on that 
system, due to some weird stuff Standord does. The installation being shown was _not_ an rpm 
installation. Still, I do see your point. It appears that this bug still occurs (ie fixincluded headers 
are for example owned by the wrong user). Thanks,
