Thanks. My key concern with this is that to build cross compilers, often I just want cc1, so I cannot 
verify whether a given testcase ICEs. It somewhat defeats the purpose for me if the cross compiler 
dies because there is no assembler. That said, perhaps you can add something to the target 
specific configuration information about this issue? Thanks,
