The issue of uncompressed attachments no longer applies - attachments are
stored compressed in the database. Attachments are no longer sent by mail
(although some people - including me - think that small ones ought to be)
so the problem that triggered this bug report (a 25Mb mail to gcc-prs
generated by a large attachment) won't recur. But there isn't anything in
Bugzilla to discourage unnecessarily huge attachments - such as large
source tarballs instead of a single .i file, so I expect that problem will
still arise occasionally.
