	* configure.in: Switch target to host, don't assume newlib.
	(target_alias): Remove.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* acinclude.m4: Same.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
	* configure.target: Same. Rename to...
	* configure.host: This.
