gcc-3.3, configure, c++filt

In the gcc-3.3 sources, gcc/configure (line 8262) uses a grep option -A1
which is only available with GNU grep. Thus the check for "linker read-only
and read-write section mixing" always fails on non-Linux systems.
The demangler c++filt is no more built. This is a serious deficiency but
is not mentioned anywhere in the documentation of changes.
