An ICE is never an accepted behaviour. So this bug will stay open, the bug
must be fixed. "Confused by earlier errors, bailing out" is just a message
which replaces an ICE on error recovery when GCC is not configured
with --enable-checking. You should always configure your GCCs
with --enable-checking to expose the ICEs properly.
