I can still reproduce 1455 with 3.3 (didn't try mainline).  The comments
suggest it is fixed in BIB, which became 3.4 (mainline).  If someone can
verify, I'd say yes, close it.

IMO the rest can be closed.  Andrew/Tom: do you want to review anything in
that list first?
