bootstrap/7881: Cannot compile gcc-3.2 on Tru64 4.0G if gnu libiconv is installed

With gcc-3.2.3 I get the following error...

of shared object. libintl.so depends on version 3.1.0:2.0:3.0 of
libiconv.so and Main depends on version osf.1 of libiconv.so.
