Documentation error for IDate Intrinsic

The GCC _documentation_ in the current version (GCC 3.4) and earlier versions
(e.g. g77-0.5.2.3) for the g77 intrinsic function "IDate Intrinsic (Unix)" is
incorrect.  

The description of this function says that the first element of TArray is filled
with "the current local time of day".  Actually it is filled with the day of the
month (in the range 1-31).
