Confirming/Closing GNATS reports

Hi,

another quick question. Is there a preferred method of
reporting on the PRs. Some sort of format for
confirming/denying them... I'd like to make my
postings as helpful as possible, so any pointers in
that direction are appreciated. Especially since
Wolfgang and others may be forced to read them :-)
