target/9690: [hpux] Fail to build binutils-2.12 with gcc-3.2.2

Hi all,

the testcase included here builds fine with 3.3 cvs and mainline with  
cross compiler to affected platform. Compiling with -O2, -O3 does not  
produce an ICE with either 3.3 or mainline.
