I'd say it's sufficient for putting the PR in "feedback" state asking
whether a current native compiler can still reproduce the problem and
noting that a cross compiler can't, then closing a month later absent any
feedback that a native compiler still fails.  For the more common native
platforms, the contacts listed in the release criteria for testing
prereleases may well also be willing to help test for particular bugs on
those platforms.
