target/6191: [HP-PA] ICE doing pointer math with -fPIC

Hi all,

this is to confirm that with a gcc 3.3 cvs darwin x
hppa-linux cross compiler, the problem in this PR
still occurs. Compiling the testcase with -fPIC
yields:

        (plus:SI (reg:SI 19 %r19)
            (high:SI (symbol_ref/v:SI ("@tramp_r")))))

junk.i:14: internal compiler error: in extract_insn,
at recog.c:2175
