[cygwin] stage3 bootstrap failure in ada/ada.o

bootstrap on i686-pc-cygwin fails with 

stage2/xgcc.exe -Bstage2/ -B/usr/local/gcc-3_3/i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ -c -g -O2
  -gnatpg -gnata -I- -I. -Iada -I/usr/local/src/gcc/gcc/ada /usr/local/src/gcc/g
cc/ada/ada.ads -o ada/ada.o
