bootstrap/7142: [sparc-solaris2.8]'make bootstrap' fails in libstdc++-v3

It actually depends on the kernel, because I have access to a Solaris 8 box 
which can build GCC 3.2.2 without --disable-multilib.

http://gcc.gnu.org/install/specific.html#sparc-sun-solaris2* contains these 
lines: "When configuring on a Solaris 7 or later system that is running a 
kernel that supports only 32-bit binaries, one must configure with 
--disable-multilib, since we will not be able to build the 64-bit target 
libraries.'
