Neil,

it looks like your conversion of m68k to TARGET_CPU_CPP_PREDEFINES went pretty smoothly 
except on m68k-elf. It seems that mc68020 is no being unconditionally defined, and this is 
breaking multilibs for m68k-elf. Would you mind having a look into this? Thanks,
