Yes, if I use template it compiles fine.

However, this workaround does not solve the problem in my real code, the
example I sent is much simpler. What would you advise, it seems to me
attaching 500 lines of code is not very practical...

This is a dup of an older bug 8222 at least they look like the same source
and the same 
workaround.
