I wouldn't be surprised if it were caused by this change:

        and set current location to parameters.
        (pop_srcloc): Simplify semantics.
        (lang_dependent_init): Remove now-useless initial push_srcloc.

because testsuite/g77.f-torture/compile/20010321-1.f is a *preprocessed*
Fortran file with # linenr lines in it.
