Hello,

with your testcase on gcc 3.2 and 3.3 and i686-linux, I get:
bash-2.04$ ./app _Z4foo1.v
dlsym failed: ./app: undefined symbol: _Z4foo1.v

Can you try your testcase using gcc 3.3, and see whether this problem still occurs for you? Thanks,
