There are two testcases in this PR.  t64.cpp now passes with 3.2 and HEAD
- but fails with 3.3.  Run the test in GDB to line 34, print out
Local_struct, and notice that .bbb is corrupted.

The little __complex__ testcase appears to be fixed in 3.2 and 3.3 and HEAD.
