possible bug with gcc

I am using GCC 3.2.2 on the HP3000.  When I compile, I get the following
error:

directory

We just downloaded and installed this version from the following website:

http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/gnu/gnuframe.html

I went into the shell, and the file wchar.h was not there.   Can you tell me
where I can get this file, and why it wasn't included in the download?
