        * cfgcleanup.c (try_optimize_cfg): Allow merging of tablejumps
        before flow2.
        * cfgrtl.c (try_redirect_by_replacing_jump): Similarly.

The regression hunt took place on i686-pc-linux-gnu with a cross cc1
for powerpc64-linux, using the test case in comment #2 with "-g -O2".
