Compiling the following code snippet (from PR 8730)

void baz(int i);

void foo(int i, int A[i+1])

    int j=A[i];
    void bar() { baz(A[i]); }
}

with gcc 3.5-tree-ssa 20030707 (merged 20030525) using the
command line "gcc -c" causes the following ICE:
