Synopsis: "memory access error" during compilation with new gcc
State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: cae
State-Changed-When: Wed Jan 29 13:56:17 2003
State-Changed-Why:
This can be reduced to the following
extern struct NOA3_results NOA3_results;
and it indeed gives an ICE with 3.2-release on sparc.
It is fixed in current 3.2.2-cvs and 3.3 and 3.4.
For the reference: The ICE was C++ specific and happens here:
0x0006d7e0 in unemitted_tinfo_decl_p (t=0x1, data=0x0)
at /export/local/manager/playground/ULMgcc32/src/gcc-3.2/gcc/cp/rtti.c:1423
