    Thanks for your report (how unfortunate nobody has yet
    looked at it). In trying to reproduce it, I saw that the
    file still had an #include in it. Would you mind running
    the testcase through the compiler again, and give it
    -save-temps in addition? This would generate a file called
    bla.i which we need (it's then self-contained).
