c++/9138: New C++ parser regression on mips-irix6 with g++.jason/thunk1.C (and thunk2.C/thunk3.C)

And, in this sort of case, when the index file gets corrupted (which seems
to happen rather frequently) GNATS doesn't recognise the previous PR as
existing until the index file is regenerated (by the correct invocation of
gen-index by someone with the right privileges) from the files for the
individual PRs.
