index.html hiccup on FTP server

In the file: pub/sourceware/gcc/releases/index.html (on mirrors.rcn.net, at
least)

Towards the end it has the source:

    <p>Old releases can be found on the ftp server
    <a href="ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/releases/>
    gcc.gnu.org:/pub/gcc/releases.

    <hr>
    <address><a href="mailto:gcc@gcc.gnu.org">gcc@gcc.gnu.org</a>
    <address><a href="mailto:gcc-bugs@gcc.gnu.org">gcc-bugs@gcc.gnu.org</a>

There's no closing quote or </a> tag after the ftp server link, causing it
to render improperly, and not link.
