There are several problems:
- You must tell the configure script that you use GNU binutils and not the Sun 
tools. See http://gcc.gnu.org/install/configure.html
- You don't follow the Solaris-specific instructions to build GCC. See 
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/specific.html#sparc-sun-solaris2*

If bootstrap still fail after the corrections (which is highly unlikely), 
please file a new bug report.
