[Bug c++/11895] [3.4 Regression] ICE in reshape_init on "attribute(vector_size(16)) int"

This is caused by:
2003-06-03  Jason Merrill  <jason@redhat.com>

        * cp/cp-tree.h (CP_AGGREGATE_TYPE_P): Accept vectors.

        * cp/decl.c (reshape_init): Handle vectors.

        * testsuite/g++.dg/init/array10.C: New.

Jason could you look at the patch in here or create a new one because you caused this regression.
