[Bug debug/13431] New: ICE in dwarf2out.c:gen_type_die when compiling heavily templatized code.

The code at http://www.in.tum.de/~richtesi/icr-findpeaks.ii.bz2 fails to compile due to an
Internal compiler error when generating DWARF2 debug information. The full error 
message is:

icr-findpeaks.cc:29:   instantiated from here
