I have a few spare cycles (things have been insanely busy for me) and I will
look into this this week. At the very least I need to fix it for the native
build, which was also failing. This particular error has cropped up before but
for the life of me I can't remember what the cause was. But if this is still
reproducable in the native build from the head, then I have something I can get
my teeth into.

As for the original bug, filing this against the UDK version, I question the
value of that target. The UDK is almost always a bad idea, you want to use
native code as much as possible. If you really need something from teh UDK it is
far better to compile it natively on UW7 and then deploy it on OSR5. Would it
break anyone's heart if the udk-on-osr5 port was deprecated? If it will I will
try maintain it but I think my cycles would be far better spent making sure the
native OSR5 and UW7 compilers work.
