This code compiles and runs fine on Solaris SunOS 5.7

We also moved the template class ArrayListImpl to the top 
and compiled, but still gives the same error.

The class Itr is forward declared which I suppose is the nested class
The class also has a friend class Itr defined, so it should be able to
access the private members:
