Running "gcj --help" (on any version and platform I know including 3.1, 3.2, 3.3
and 3.4 snapshots) always gives the same output as "gcc --help".

It should mainly show gcj-specific output to allow people to use it (at least
for a first try) without having a look at the man-page. (This is becoming
increasingly important as gcj now also works on platforms like Windows where the
users are not familiar with the manpage-concept)
