Only a 3.3 regression now as in the mainline (20030803), gcc produces:
pr10345.cc:5: error: invalid initialization of non-const reference of type '
   int&' from a temporary of type 'int'
pr10345.cc:3: error: in passing argument 1 of `int bar(int&)'
