c++/10486: Regression (ICE) in 3.3 branch due to recent patch.

That test case indeed fails with my current 3.3.
I'll update again and retry.  Too bad I wasted a whole evening
condensing that test case while it was already fixed :/.
But I'm happy it is fixed already anyway.
