Hello ,
My name is Andrew, I am not a programmer; I am a user. I recentlly
upgraded to Slackware 9.0 from slack 8.0. I went to recompile unixODBC
which compiled great under gcc 2.95. I tried to follow the Instructions
but I'm not sure if I did this right, here we go:
The error occurred when I was in the ./configure stage (./configure,
./make , ./make install); now the error:
Slackware-Linux
gun- posix gcc 3.2.2
/usr/lib/qt-3.1.2/include/qevent.h: 388: Internal error: Segmentation fault
This error was given while compileing unixODBC 2.2.4 . I thought that
maybe it was because it was an older package so I went to unixODBC and
dnloaded 2.2.5(the newest tarball)- unfortunatlly I got the same error.
I hope I did this right. Like I said I'm not a programmer. Thanks,
Andrew Obierek
