I tested this by running make stmp-fixproto without and with the patch: the
former `fixed' curses.h, signal.h, stdlib.h. and time.h; the latter only
fixed curses.h as before.  So the patch seems to be ok.

I'm currently bootstrapping with a patch introducing config/t-sol2 which
inhibits running fixproto on Solaris 2 in the first place; unfortunately
I've just run into a comparison failure:

ada/fname-uf.o differs

I'll have to track down this one.
