COmpiling problems on X86 solaris 9 for 3.3 snapshot

I use following command to get snapshot of 3.3 branch
cvs -z 9 co -rgcc-3_3-branch gcc

I compiled with following command.
../configure --with-as=/usr/ccs/bin/as --with-ld=/usr/ccs/bin/ld
--disable-nls
make bootstrap

Following is the error messages.
checking whether the C compiler
($/user/chiiwen/source/gcc/gcc/objdir/gcc/xgcc

-B/usr/local/i386-pc-solaris2.9/bin/

configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler
cannot create executables.
make[1]: *** [config.status] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/user/chiiwen/source/gcc/gcc/objdir/i386-pc-solaris2.9/libiberty'
make: *** [all-target-libiberty] Error 2

Any suggestion how to fix this?
