Make some changes in GCC.

 Dear Sir/Madam
 
 I'm a MSc student in Computer Engineering at the University of Tehran 
and want to use and customize gcc compiler to a SOPC. I want to ask you 
to give me some advises and tell me how can I change the compiler to 
generate assembly code for a new chip.
