c++/8014 add'l info

I guess a cookie didn't get set or something, as I am unable to edit the
subject report I submitted yesterday to GNATS.

Basically, the problem disappears with egcs 1.1.2. I have the egcs
version of the .ii file but don't want to attach it here since I suspect
this gets mirrored to a newsgroup and it's 150K. I'll send it to anyone
who wants or who knows how to attach it to the GNATS report.
