    From the manual:
       The use of initializer lists with new expressions has 
       been deprecated, and is now removed from g++.
    
    I don't think this code will be fixed anytime, so let's just
    close to report to allow focussing on the relevant ones.
    
    BTW, the extension has not even been documented in 2.95.
