GCC 3.2 branch libstdc++ abi_check.cc bootstrap failure on AIX

are causing an ICE and bootstrap failure for AIX on the GCC 3.2 branch,
but not on mainline.

I have no idea what patch on mainline prevents the ICE and I am worried
about pulling over patches for obscure conditions, however this ICE
prevents automatic bootstrap of GCC 3.2 for AIX for anyone who may
download the distribution.
