gcc-3.2, HP-UX & quadlib.c error

Your solution is not correct.  The file should have been copied
to the gcc build directory just after the headers are fixed:

...
fix-header: fixing errno.h
echo timestamp > stmp-fixproto
rm -f quadlib.c
cp ../../gcc/gcc/config/pa/quadlib.c .

You need to investigate why this didn't happen or failed.  The PA
backend has not change in this regard for years, so I doubt the
problem is there.  I suggest piping the build output to a file so
that you can see what happened.
