GCJ is hanging

I run the follow attached make file and it is hanging on this single class
file. I use Windows 2000 Server:

Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.2/specs
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.2/../../../libgcj.spec
rename spec lib to liborig
Configured with: /netrel/src/gcc-3.2-1/configure
