c++/8035: optimizing access to a const member causes illegal code to be generated on powerpc

I can't figure how to add an attachment to an exiting bug in gnatsweb , but
is attached to this message. Not tested with 3.2.1 yet. Looking at it again
I think what this code tries to do may be undefined behaviour, but gcc
should probably do something sensible..
