    Jeffrey,
    I tried to reproduce this, but have no problems to compile
    the code. However, maybe that was not the problem you
    meant, after all, the report is a little bit terse on
    what you expect the code to do or not do :-)
    
    Can you please see whether this still applies, and if so
    give instructions on how to reproduce the effects you want
    to demonstrate?
