target/6104: ICE when compiling glibc for pentium4

The patch indeed fixed th eproblem.  I can now compile glibc.

But runnig the test suite is another issue.  I've just filed a new PR. 
It's again related to floating-point code but this time independent of
the selected -march (PR 6840).
