SGI6.5
>Description:
using "./configure --prefix=<dir>" followed by "make" (gnu, not native), the build breaks in mips-sgi-irix-6.5/mabi=6.4/libstdc++v3/ with an error that it cannot make "all" (due to Makefile not existing; Makefile.am and Makefile.in do exist).

Interspersed with this, install.sh fails to be found while working in this directory and the subdirectory include/.

I got around these build environemnt problems by sym-linking each of config.* into the mips-sgi-irix-6.5/ directory and sym-linking install.sh to both mips-sgi-irix-6.5 and its mabi=6.4 subdirectory. I do not know *which* of config.* were necessary; however, atleast two were.

This appears to be systemic in the build environment. I am experienced with autoconf and vaguely familiar with automake.
