Dear Partner,
Greetings to you today, I hope you are in the best state of health. I am contacting you based on a project,
which I will tell you shortly.
I am Dr. Asara Millamu, a retired director of the Directorate of Solid Mineral and Natural Resources, in the
Democratic Republic of Congo. I served under the administration of late president Laurent Kabila of blessed
memory.
While in office, I secretly assisted the late president in lodging funds acquired from the sales of diamond and
other mineral resources into his overseas account. Prior to Laurent kabilas death, he secretly confided in
me to transfer the sum of $32,000,000.00 (Thirty Two Million Dollars) into his Swiss account, which I began
processes on before his military aide assassinated him. I then stopped the transaction and lodged the funds
into a security company here in Congo for its safety and mine. Presently the funds are being threatened here
due to the series of military unrest and war in Congo.
It is obvious I cannot return the funds back to the new government because this was a secret deal between
the late president and myself. I presently need a foreign partner who is neutral to the political affairs of Congo
to assist me in transferring these funds out of Congo for safe keeping. I have made contacts to move this
funds either to Amsterdam or the USA through Chase Manhattan Bank but I still need your help.
You have nothing to worry about since every loophole has been covered by me to effect a smooth
transaction, it is therefore 100% risk free. Please if you are competent enough to assist me let me have your
response with your private contact number so I can call you for more discussion. I am willing to offer you
30%, 5% will be for expenses incurred and 65% will be for my family.
Please the confidence put on you at this point is so enormous, dont betray it and keep this transaction
highly confidential and secret.
Yours Sincerely,
Dr. Asara Millamu (OFR)
