GCC and UltraSparc 2

I'm using GCC compiler (ver. 2.95.3) on a SUN Workstation with an
UltraSPARC II cpu.
Is it possible to specify to the GCC compiler that the stuctures are
packed?
In other words, does an option like "-misalign" or "-xmemalign=1i" exist
for GCC?
